Appellant Daniel Alonzo Reyna a/k/a Daniel A. Reyna appeals from his conviction for the murder of Samuel "Sammy" Delapaz. Appellant pled not guilty, and a jury convicted him and sentenced him to life in prison. In three points, Appellant contends that the trial court erred in limiting Appellant's testimony, in admitting evidence as to Appellant's gang membership at the guilt-innocence phase, and in permitting the impeachment of a defense witness. We affirm.
